Tip of the week February 20, 2014
Next time you walk up a set of stairs, notice the function of your legs. You will notice that your legs are bending and straightening. If you stretch further into the straightened leg, your upper body will poise forward. You will notice that your hip is engaged and higher than the hip of the bent leg. We call that Cuban leg action.
You are now ready to Rumba, Salsa, Cha-Cha and many other dances that end with the letter A.
Simple right?
Try it you’ll like it!

Short and sweet and to-the-point!
Good day! This post couldn’t be written any
better! Reading this post reminds me of my
good old room mate! He always kept chatting about this. I will forward this article to
him. Pretty sure he will have a good read. Thanks
for sharing!
