Hello everyone, I hope all of you have been tuning in to the 30 Day Dance Challenge on Arthur Murray Santa Monica Facebook and YouTube, and from our Web Page, www.DancingSantaMonica.com!
Wow, what a week it’s been! From learning exercises on Swing actions, body weight transfers, poise and posture to enhance balance and control in Foxtrot and Waltz to arm styling and frame for Smooth and Rhythm dances. It’s just a wealth of information.
Please continue to tune in and participate in these exercises. Your teachers will love you for it and besides its free knowledge that will enhance your dancing.
And remember a little practice with these exercises will go a long way!
